ADAD Performance

Remote Strength & Conditioning Coaching Welcome My coaching is built around one principle: every athlete deserves a program designed specifically for them—not a template. Whether you’re a CrossFit athlete, field sport athlete, endurance runner, or someone looking to improve overall performance, your training will be tailored to your goals, experience, schedule, and movement capabilities. My role is not simply to prescribe workouts. My job is to identify what is limiting your performance and build a system that helps you become stronger, move better, reduce injury risk, and perform at your highest level.

How coaching works

How Coaching Works Initial Consultation Every athlete begins with an initial video consultation. During this session we discuss: ● Your training history ● Performance goals ● Injury history ● Current limitations ● Competition schedule (if applicable) ● Available equipment ● Lifestyle and recovery ● Movement assessment This information forms the foundation of your individualized program. Individualized Programming Your training program is built specifically for you. Programs are updated weekly based on: ● Your progress ● Training feedback ● Performance ● Fatigue ● Recovery ● Competition schedule ● Injuries or pain Training evolves continuously. As your body adapts, so will your program. Rehabilitation & Return to Sport If an injury occurs during coaching, your program will be modified accordingly. When appropriate, rehabilitation work will be integrated into your training to help you safely return to full performance. Communication All coaching takes place through the Monolith app. Inside the app you can: ● Access your training program ● Log workouts ● Upload lifting videos ● Receive technical feedback ● Communicate directly with me Please use the app for all coaching-related communication whenever possible. Video Analysis Video feedback is one of the most valuable parts of online coaching. You are encouraged to upload videos of important lifts, movements, or skills. I will review your technique and provide coaching feedback to improve movement quality, efficiency, and performance. Athlete Responsibilities Coaching is a two-way process. To provide the best possible coaching, I expect every athlete to: ● Complete training consistently. ● Log every workout honestly. ● Report pain or injuries immediately. ● Record training feedback after sessions. ● Communicate changes in schedule or availability. ● Upload videos when technical feedback is needed. Your feedback directly determines how your next week’s program is written. Weekly Feedback Weekly feedback is mandatory. If I do not receive enough information about your previous week’s training, I cannot accurately adjust your program. In that case, your previous week’s training will simply be repeated until sufficient feedback is provided. The quality of your program depends on the quality of your communication. Conditioning & Recovery Your coaching may include: ● Strength training ● Conditioning ● Speed and power development ● Recovery strategies ● Mobility work ● Rehabilitation exercises when necessary Nutrition coaching is not included in this service. Communication Commitment Consistent communication is essential. If an athlete stops communicating or repeatedly fails to provide feedback for an extended period, coaching will be considered inactive and the coaching relationship may be ended. Successful coaching requires commitment from both coach and athlete. Payment Coaching is billed monthly. Payment is made in advance before each coaching month begins. Coaching Philosophy Strength is only valuable when it transfers to performance. My coaching combines evidence-based strength and conditioning with movement coaching to build athletes who move efficiently, perform at a high level, and stay healthy over the long term. The goal isn’t simply to train harder. The goal is to train smarter.
