Elite Performance & Strength Coach | 15+ Years of Experience
I’m Rooholla Cholmaghani, an experienced Performance and Strength & Conditioning Coach and the founder of ATLET Health & Performance. For more than 15 years, I have worked with competitive and professional athletes across volleyball, basketball, football, tennis, and strength-based sports. I currently serve as the Head Strength & Conditioning Coach for Foolad Mobarakeh Sepahan Volleyball Team, where I oversee physical preparation, performance development, training-load management, injury-risk reduction, and return-to-performance planning. My coaching is built around evidence-based programming, individual assessment, and continuous performance monitoring. Rather than providing generic training plans, I design each program around the athlete’s sport, position, training history, injury profile, competitive schedule, available equipment, and performance goals. My main areas of expertise include strength and power development, speed and change of direction, plyometric training, athletic movement, conditioning, tendon and knee rehabilitation, post-injury performance training, and long-term physical preparation. Through ATLET Online Coaching, athletes receive structured programming, exercise guidance, regular feedback, progress monitoring, and program adjustments based on their training response. My goal is not simply to make athletes work harder—it is to help them train with greater purpose, precision, and continuity.
