1. Acceptance of Terms
By registering an account or using MONOLITH (“Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are accepting on behalf of a training facility or coaching organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity.
2. Coach & Athlete Responsibilities
MONOLITH is a digital tool for training program management and exercise logging.
- Coach Ownership: Coaches are responsible for the programming, exercise choices, and prescriptions assigned to their roster.
- Physical Readiness: Athletes are responsible for ensuring they are physically healthy and cleared for strength training before executing exercises.
- Account Credentials: You are responsible for keeping your login information confidential and secure.
⚠️ IMPORTANT NOTICE: 30-DAY VIDEO RETENTION POLICY
To optimize server storage and system speed, all uploaded athletic training videos, form check submissions, and video cues are stored securely for a maximum duration of 30 days. After 30 days, these video media assets are automatically and permanently purged from our servers. Please save any critical coaching clips locally before they expire.
3. Subscription & Billing
Coach access is provided under tier-based monthly subscriptions based on active client limits. Payments are due monthly. If a subscription lapses, client data remains intact and accessible to athletes, but coach management actions are temporarily locked until renewed.
4. Intellectual Property & Program Content
Coaches retain full ownership of their proprietary training programs, custom video links, and coaching caving notes. MONOLITH owns the platform software, UI design, database architecture, and trademark assets.
