Welcome to MONOLITH (“we”, “our”, or “us”). We provide a digital strength training and programming platform designed for coaches and athletes. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you access our website, web application, and mobile progressive web app (PWA).

We collect information to deliver a personalized, high-performance training experience:
- Account Credentials: Name, email address, phone number (optional), role (coach or athlete), and password hashes.
- Training & Workout Logs: Workout plans, exercises, sets, reps, weight, RPE, tempo, coaching cues, and progress notes created by coaches or logged by athletes.
- Body Metrics & Progress: Weight entries, body measurements, and progress tracking data logged by users.
- Technical & Log Data: Device identifiers, browser type, IP addresses, session cookies, and authentication tokens for platform security.
3. How We Use Your Information
Your information is used strictly to power and improve the MONOLITH platform:
- To provide seamless workout logging, plan management, and athlete-coach communication.
- To render real-time exercise charts, body metric graphs, and AI-assisted coaching cues.
- To manage active coach subscriptions and verify client roster limits.
- To maintain security, prevent unauthorized account access, and ensure reliable system uptime.
4. Data Sharing & Security
We uphold strict data confidentiality standards:
- No Selling of Data: We do NOT sell, rent, or trade your personal data or workout records to advertisers or third parties.
- Coach & Athlete Relationship: Workout data assigned by a coach is accessible only by that coach and their designated athlete.
- Infrastructure & Video Embeds: Video guides are loaded securely via official video player integrations (such as YouTube embeds) without giving external servers access to your private profile details.
⚠️ IMPORTANT NOTICE: 30-DAY VIDEO RETENTION POLICY
To optimize server storage and system speed, all uploaded athletic training videos, form check submissions, and video cues are stored securely for a maximum duration of 30 days. After 30 days, these video media assets are automatically and permanently purged from our servers. Please save any critical coaching clips locally before they expire.
5. Your Rights & Account Control
You retain ownership of your training records and account information. You have the right to request access to, correction of, or permanent deletion of your account data. If you wish to delete your account or roster data, please contact support.
